(Tipp: Diese Linsen sind in 10 Minuten gekocht ohne Einweichen) und gleich mit dem Wasser oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. <\/li><li>Stangensellerie waschen, holzige Fasern entfernen und in Scheiben schneiden und in den Kochtopf dazugeben. <\/li><li>Etwas Kurkumapulver oder Curry nach Geschmack dazu geben.
