Handschuhe anziehen. <\/li><li>Das Fett im Suppentopf erhitzen, den gesch\u00e4lten, w\u00fcrfeligen Zwiebel glasig anbraten. <\/li><li>Die in 3 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke geschnittenen Roten R\u00fcben dazugeben, <span style=\"background-color: var(--background); color: var(--background-contrast); font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif;\">mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder Wasser aufgie\u00dfen.  <\/span><\/li><li>Bockshornkleesamenpulver oder getrocknete Orangenschale, (Suppengew\u00fcrzpaste), K\u00fcmmel dazu r\u00fchren und aufkochen lassen. Danach auf mittlerer Hitze fertig garen. <\/li><li>Die Suppe p\u00fcrieren, bei Bedarf bis zur gew\u00fcnschten Konsistenz mit hei\u00dfen Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li><li>Veganen Obers \/  Sahne,
