Ebenso bei geschw\u00e4chten Verdauungstrakt und in stressigen Zeiten, wenn das Essen schnell gekocht werden sollte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4pfel und Karotten sind heimische
