Fett in einem Suppentopf erhitzen und darin die Zwiebel &#8211; und Pastinakenw\u00fcrfel and\u00fcnsten.  <\/li><li>Die gemahlenen Gew\u00fcrze zugeben und kurz anschwitzen lassen, dann das Wasser zugeben und zugedeckt etwa 20 min k\u00f6cheln lassen.  <\/li><li>Die Suppe nach Geschmack pfeffern, salzen und fein p\u00fcrieren (in der K\u00fcchenmaschine oder mit dem P\u00fcrierstab), die Sahne (Soja Creme) zuf\u00fcgen und nochmals erhitzen und abschmecken. <\/li><li>Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in feine Streifen schneiden.
