Die Haselnuss ist im Grund auch sehr gesund. Doch wie so oft haben die industriell hergestellten Nahrungsmittel einige Zusatzstoffe enthalten, die die Verdauung wieder aus den K\u00f6rper bringen muss. Da kostet Kraft und Energie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weshalb also nicht gleich eine gesund Nutella selber machen. Mein Rezept ist kinderleicht und geht ganz schnell.
