Karotten l\u00e4nglich geschnitten und Stangensellerie in cirka 5 cm lange Stangerln gek\u00fcrzt. Hast du ihn schon mal roh gekostet? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als ich mich vor vielen Jahren auf der Suche war meinen K\u00f6rper von Schadstoffen wie Schwermetallen ausleiten, Leberreinigung und Darmaufbau besch\u00e4ftigen begann, kam er mir wieder unter. Auch unter dem Namen Staudensellerie ist er bekannt und ist dem Kraut, welches am Knollensellerie ober der Erde w\u00e4chst, optisch \u00e4hnlich. In der TCM wird das Gr\u00fcne vom Stangen- oder Knollensellerie dem Holz-Element zu geordnet. Die wei\u00dfe Knolle vom Knollensellerie, welche du bestimmt in Scheibchen aus dem abgepacktem sogenannten &#8220;Suppengr\u00fcn&#8221; aus dem Supermarkt kennst, wird dem Erde-Element zu geordnet.
